Position serves as a support role with significant concentration in records and reports, file management and employee contact.  Duties include completing and receiving administrative documents, responding to staff inquiries, preparing and processing reports, forms, documents, correspondance, filing and maintaing a filing system, handle/distribute incoming and outgoing mail and act as a liason with other agencies.   This position will enter and process payroll by deadlines and assure timesheets are completed accurately,  prepare and process vacant position packages, help explain personnel policies and procedures to employees and other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
