  • Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files. 

  • Ensuring that client information details are kept up to date. 

  • Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy for final bills and invoices. 

  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting. 

  • Data entry for all project hours. 

  • Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers.  

  • Liase with Accounts Payable and management to track payments and ensure payments are properly recorded. 

  • Assist with managing office inventory, making supply orders, and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials 

  • Assists with initiating new procedures for billing, invoicing and client record maintenance as directed by leadership.  

  • Perform other tasks as assigned. 


  • A high school diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred. 

  • At least two years of clerical office or administration experience. 

  • Experience as an invoice clerk or in general accounting is preferred. 

  • Advanced in MS Office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of accounting software. 

  • Excellent mathematics and problem-solving skills. 

  • The ability to consistently meet deadlines and to work well under pressure. 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • The ability to handle customer queries calmly. 

  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
