About the Team TikTok's User Operations team ensures we're delivering on our mission through all of our user-facing communication efforts, helping establish TikTok as our users’ favorite daily experience. We're looking for a highly organized, independent CRM Associate Manager to develop and execute our user communications strategy. The CRM Associate Manager will support the User Communications Strategy team to ensure our users receive timely, valuable email communication. In this role, you'll create and execute comprehensive scaled CRM communication strategies through email and additional communication channels for TikTok users. You must be capable of sorting through many competing priorities, defining processes, executing with precision, and succeeding in a complex and fast-paced environment. This role will liaise with the Content, Marketing, Tools and Reporting, Content Programming and Product Operations teams. Responsibilities - Plan, develop, strategize and manage development of user and creator-centric approaches and CRM initiatives. - Develop content calendars to support business KPIs across communication channels - Develop A/B testing roadmaps, continuing to optimize based on insights and data - Build, program and schedule email automated journeys based on user segments - Lead and optimize operational workflows with cross-functional teams - Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues - Direct and project manage priority campaigns across multiple communication channels - Act as an expert and a go-to resource for cross-functional teams to advise on best practices and strategy
