We are seeking motivated applicants with relevant health care and/or call center sales experience who can help us build long term relationships with our patients. 


  • Conduct 100 or more outreach calls each day to schedule patients for appointments. 

  • Track all calls and interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. 

  • Collect demographic information by phone and accurately document it in internal systems. 

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients by phone, chat, email, and text message. 

  • Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public. 

  • Be flexible, as healthcare operates on a 24-hour clock - your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business. 

  • Take on other duties, as assigned. 

  • Roll up your sleeves and get things done! 


  • Experience working in a call center in a sales and/or customer support role (preferred) 

  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM (preferred) 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills 

  • Tech-savvy or comfortable with technology
