ABOUT THE POSITION

SIGNING BONUS:
New, full-time, regular hire Civil Engineers are eligible to receive a $10,000 signing bonus which will be split into two equal payments – 50% at time of hire (i.e. first paycheck) and the remaining 50% at successful completion of their probationary period. This amount is prorated for regular hire part-time employees based on the employee’s FTE. If the new hire voluntarily separates prior to the completion of their probationary period, they will be required to reimburse the County for the amount of the signing bonus received. 

The County of Marin seeks two (2) full-time regular Civil Engineers for the Engineering Division in the Department of Public Works.

ABOUT YOU

We recognize your time is valuable, so please do not apply if you do not have at least the following minimum requirements: 

Three years of increasingly responsible professional engineering experience that included functioning in a lead capacity. 

Licenses and Certifications:
Registration as a Civil Engineer issued by the California State Board of Registration for Civil and Professional Engineers.
