We’re revolutionizing the  delivery of healthcare and we need a Clinical Practice Specialist to join us.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Engaging in performance management and quality improvement to include documentation review, ensuring provider documentation and credentialing 

  • Ensuring onboarding and documentation for licensed providers including through the credentialing process 

  • Reviews OSHA forms for completeness and escalates to appropriate clinical lead 

  • License applications and monitoring 

  • Ensures payer contracts are monitored, reviewed, and signed as appropriate 

  • Invoices review and reporting 

  • Physician scheduling for special event services only 

  • Generation of weekly staffing reports, identifies and escalates staffing issues 

  • Files and tracks documents consistent with practice credentialing  

  • Maintains regular communication with NP/PA providers to resolve issues pertaining to invoicing and licensing 

  • Maintains regular communication with Physicians and NP/PAs to ensure timely and consistent departmental communications 

  • Partners with compliance, safety, and operations in quality improvement programs including improving timeliness of onboarding 

  • Engages in  practice operations in assigned region are consistent with objectives, philosophy, standards and policies of DocGo 

  • Coordinate training of new employees with Human Resources and the local project managers 

  • Assists the Senior Level Administration with special projects as necessary 

  • Communicates with all affiliated business partners, departments and personnel, as well as to other affiliated organizations (such as managed care organizations) 

Qualifications

  • (2) years experience in healthcare administration 

  • Microsoft office suite proficiency including intermediate/expert proficiency in Excel 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years clinical experience in healthcare related field 

  • 1-2 years contract management 

  • Bachelors Degree
