This position functions as a resource within the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) for the execution of the Incremental Cost Recovery Program (ICR) within the Master Cooperative Agreement (MCA). This position will focus on Appendices 1 (ARNG Facilities Program), 2 (Environmental Programs) and 7 (Training Support System). This position will analyze and develop tracking mechanisms for reimbursable costs and ensure proper close-out of Program Income and Direct Reimbursements in accordance with the Master Cooperative Agreement and Department of Defense (DoD) statutes. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the Master Cooperative Agreement, Appendices, and state and federal regulations regarding appropriate use of funds. This analyst is critical to ensuring that federally supported facilities are reimbursed when used by outside entities and that they function in accordance with the Master Cooperative Agreement. This position will provide support to the State Administrative Manager, CFMO Staff, and Facility Engineers in applying and tracking reimbursable cost principals associated with the Master Cooperative Agreement.
