Overview

The Civil Center for Behavioral Health at Maple Lane is seeking a Psychology Associate to deliver high quality mental healthcare to adult residents with mental illness who have been civilly committed.
 
In this role, you will have the resources and support to Transform Lives through the provision of individual and group therapy in a brand new, community-based facility. You will work in an interdisciplinary treatment environment and make important contributions to a holistic treatment model. This position includes a low caseload and the opportunity to do quality therapy.

Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.  

Some of what you will do

  • Participate in treatment team case formulation and interventions
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatry, nursing, psychology, and medical providers to develop holistic care plans. 
  • Assess and document resident progress toward treatment goals
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy 
  • Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary
  • Complete clinical documentation for residents

What we're looking for:
  • A master's degree in psychology, clinical or counseling psychology, or another counseling-related degree AND registration as a WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor or professional licensure in the State of Washington
