This role follows a hybrid work structure where employees will be expected to work three days/week in a Seattle or New York City office location.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist that will support our Influencer and Paid Social teams. The Specialist should be eager to drive profitable customer and business outcomes, with a passion for social media and interest in creator content. This individual will be afforded opportunities across the Nordstrom & Nordstrom Rack brands in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate has strong technical competencies in ad operations and trafficking and is ready to take their career to the next level.

A day in the life...

  • Manage the trafficking & campaign set up of campaigns including but not limited to: Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok with the support of a Paid Social Sr. Specialist
  • Assist Influencer Sr. Specialist with the development of creator content for paid and organic assets, including but not limited to influencer identification, influencer/talent agency communication, manage content uploads and timelines, and review process
  • Lead the creative scoping process, outlining the ad specifications and creative variations required to adhere to platform best practices as well as identifying opportunities for creator content scoping and execution
  • Lead small scale influencer campaigns, using Nordstrom’s Influencer SaaS platform for end-to-end campaign management, identifying omni-channel use cases for the content, and building and trafficking Partnership/Spark Ads
  • Proactively analyze performance trends and emerging content trends to identify, communicate, and capitalize on opportunities across audiences and creative
  • Develop expertise in platform activation and provide strategic input on campaigns across the purchase funnel
  • Analyze and optimize paid media campaign performance through the lens of multiple attribution models and data sources. Translate these learnings to a broader audience in monthly reporting meetings.
  • Leverage cross-channel data to create and deliver strategic creator content and influencer marketing direction and strategy
  • Manage budget tracking processes, Influencer contracting and payment, overseeing invoice submission, coding, and pacing, ensuring highest levels of accuracy

You've got this if you have...

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related
  • 1-2 years of work experience managing paid social advertising campaigns
  • Experience creating and managing campaigns within Facebook Business Manager and at least 1 of the following platforms: Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat; experience with Partnership and Spark Ad campaigns is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with creators and developing creator content/influencer marketing campaigns
  • Ability to analyze and summarize data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Highly skilled in Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience managing budgets, invoice approvals, and monitoring pacing.
  • Comfort with data, analytics, and measurement; experience compiling campaign wrap-reports & presenting performance results; familiarity with MTA and MMM attribution models a plus
  • Proficiency with social reporting tools preferred (Google Analytics, platform reporting, etc.)

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

New York: $59,500 - $110,500 annually, Washington: $59,500 - $110,000 annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k,
