Title:  Facilities Manager  

Location: DocGo HQ, 35 West 35th Street, New York, NY 10001  

Pay Rate: $65,000-$75,000  

Employment Type: Full time, On-Site

About the Job: 

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for DocGo’s physical properties. They will provide oversight for the company’s grounds, buildings, and equipment, and implement policies and procedures to ensure the workspace is safe and functional. They will be a main point of contact for internal and external vendors and be tasked with liaising with service providers. 


  • Serve as the main point of contact for building management and all related vendors 

  • Negotiate contracts with service providers to obtain desirable and cost-efficient terms for the company’s needs 

  • Perform regularly scheduled inspections for company properties to guarantee safety regulations are met 

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage special projects such as renovations and office updates  

  • Maintain office equipment inventory  

  • Maintain day-to-day operations of central office space, including delegating or completing work orders 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with municipal and community-based partners 

  • Travel to all DocGo related facilities on a daily basis

  • Other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of facilities management experience  

  • Strong negotiation/sales skills 

  • Strong background in facilities operation that require a large amount of staffing 

  • Excellent computer and systems knowledge: Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite  

  • Comfortable multitasking and addressing multiple projects 

  • Travel to all DocGo related facilities when necessary and as business dictates 

  • Perform all other related duties as assigned
