  • Critical to this position is a person who is able to work independently and establish strong and credible relationships with patients, clinicians and internal staff.

  • Applicants should be results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high patient quality and service.

  • Detail orientation and strong administrative/organization skills are required.

  • Mature, approachable, professional and comfortable in dealing with others both in-person and on the phone. 

  • Facilitate a close working relationship between the Client and DocGo.

  • Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates to stakeholders.

  • Perform Duties as assigned

Required Qualifications: 

  • HS Diploma  

  • Must have 3 years of strong customer service experience 

  • 2 years of EMS exp preferred

  • 2 years of working in an Hospital Setting

  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Calendar,  Excel, etc.)
