Responsibilities:  

  • Support timely monthly financial statement close completed in accordance with the Mobile Health division’s month/quarter/year-end closing process. 

  • Perform account analysis and reconciliation on the Mobile Health division’s workpapers including cash, credit cards, investments, prepaid, accrued liabilities, and fixed assets. 

  • Review of our Philippines team’s work papers for the Mobile Health division. 

  • Manage Mobile Health’s billing & accounts receivable reconciliation and follow-up. 

  • Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance for the Mobile Health Division. 

  • Post Mobile Health journal entries, generate accruals, and reconcile bank statements. 

  • Analyze financial statements and accounts for discrepancies for the Mobile Health division. 

  • Reconcile intercompany balances. 

  • Performs other duties as required. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 

  • 2 years of previous work experience in accounting.  

  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. 

  • Public Company Experience 

  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) 

  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical ability 

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 

  • You have good judgment, strong interpersonal skills, solid problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, self-motivated and well-organized. 

  • Strong initiative and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.  

  • CPA or studying for exams and passing sections is a plus.
