Overview

ADP is searching for a . This position will be responsible for leading the execution of strategic measurement initiatives that will enable increased effectiveness, product consistency, tracking standardization, workload prioritization, and data availability across marketing analytics. Successful candidates will be extremely organized, have a great understanding of analytics organizations, process creation/improvement, and agile workflow. He/she should be comfortable leading complex initiatives from start to finish independently.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the head of marketing measurement and insights to lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across our marketing analytics organization
  • Assist in developing a product management approach to our analytics organization including owning the roadmap to help evolve our marketing analytics program through a thoughtful combination of best practices and innovation
  • Design and implement intuitive tableau dashboard developer guide and branded accelerator templates
  • Enhance workload request process by designing and launching prioritization scoring
  • Develop centralized marketing analytics documentation hub
  • Develop standardized measurement plan template to ensure a similar approach in the discovery and development of analytical products
  • Enable a more agile workflow environment to enhance speed to insight
  • Partner with marketing technology & data operations team to ensure data roadmap is being actioned and aligns to the current priorities of the marketing organization
  • Enhance analytical processes including tracking, system standardization, data flows, and dashboards
  • Identify industry trends and opportunities for innovation/greater effectiveness within the data, analytics, and business intelligence landscape

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (W/strong PowerPoint presentation development and excel skills)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Conceptual thinker with proven analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced highly matrixed environment
  • Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline oriented
  • Tech-savvy and interested in latest marketing technology and tools available
  • Experience with Tableau and SQL is a plus
  • Certifications in PMP or Six Sigma is a plus

Role is Hybrid out of an ADP Office.

The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
