Senior Program Enablement & Agility Coach

About the role

Program Enablement & Agility Coaches at Mastercard partner with product managers, software development managers, developers, and senior leaders to establish Business Agility practices that drive enterprise strategy and outcome alignment for their programs.

The Senior Program Enablement & Agility Coach is a highly visible and impactful role that interacts with all Mastercard business units and supports establishing and maintaining enterprise work standards, delivery templates, and SDLC practices for Mastercard's product and delivery organizations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for Business & Technical Agility and extensive Agile delivery experience, having fulfilled roles like Program/Project Manager, Product Manager/Owner, and Scrum Master. Stellar facilitation skills and ability to disseminate complex messages to all organizational levels, adjusting approach as needed.

As a Senior Program Enablement & Agility Coach at Mastercard, you will perform the following responsibilities:

Assess Mastercard Program Agility practices to inform Enablement & Agility areas of focus.

Leverage Agile delivery experience to refine Enablement & Agility workshop artifacts.

Partner with Program Leadership to plan and facilitate Enablement & Agility workshops that support the adoption of an Agile Mindset across the enterprise.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Delivery Leaders to establish Operating Models enabling value creation, The Mastercard Way.

Support Program Leaders in establishing and documenting strategic objectives with success metrics in our enterprise tool.

Support Delivery Leaders decomposing strategic work items into tactical Features with Stories that meet INVEST.

Proactively stay abreast of Agility trends to inform Enablement & Agility Artifact refinement efforts.

All about you

* Experience. Pragmatic Agilist that leverages one to three years of coaching experience to adjust approach and enablement scope per Program maturity and pre-transformation ways of working.

* Agile Mindset. Embodies an Agile Mindset and models collaborative behaviors to incentivize enterprise mindset adoption.

* Change Agent. One to two years experience as a critical contributor or Change Agent during an org-wide Agile Transformation.

* Agile Delivery. Three to five years of experience using Agile methodologies to lead the delivery of products, services, results, or outcomes.

* Communication. Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization.

* Certification(s): CSM, PO, PM

Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $92,000 - $152,000 USD
